3rd Mindanao Teen Camp

Living Spring Resort and Retreat Center

Cagayan de Oro City

April 09-12, 2009

 

 

Since 2007 the Children's Ministry and the Teens Ministry of the Metro Davao Christian has initiated a Summer Teen Camp in Davao City.  Which was participated by teens and pre-teens of Metro Davao  and Metro GenSan churches.  In 2008, Cagayan de Oro and Zamboanga City Christian churces  joined the said event.

 

This year, 2009, we are waiting with great anticipation for the 3rd Summer Teen Camp which for the first time will be held at Cagayan de Oro City.  With the theme, "3G" it aims to prepare the Third Generation of Disciples.

 

There will be great fun and excitement, plenty of meaningful fellowship and friendships .  Especially with the participation of our teacher Rolan Monje, there will be deep and life changing  lessons. 

 

We want to encourage the parents and guardians to register your teens and pre-teens now.

a. To worship God wholeheartedly, both as individuals and as a family
b. To Teach and train the disciples to handle God's Words correctly

2. To love the fellowship
a. To raise up and train leaders
(evangelist, elders/overseers, teachers, deacons, etc.)
b. To raise up strong families, spiritually preparing the next generation
c. To have relationships committed to meet one another's needs
(spritually, physically, emotionally, etc.)

 

3. To love others
a. To have a church of disciples in every part of the Philippines
b. To see these churches grow in number
c. To reach out to the needy in our communities
